WHAT TO EXPECT

An email from sistascosignment@gmail.com which will include an attachment listing out:

  • Ticket price

  • The expiration date of items

  • Consignor ID/password to access the portal

  • Your name and address should be reviewed for any errors (if errors please get in touch with Sistas to correct them)

The email will also include a link to a Portal that provides all the information on your items, this includes:

  • Selling Items/Inventory in stock

  • Activity/Inventory sold which includes payout per item

  • Paid sold – what has been paid out to date

  • And the best one, your payout amount

What you can & can’t do on the portal:

  • Add or delete items.

  • Collect payment.

  • Change item description, selling price, etc.

  • You can update your personal information.

How do you get paid?

  • You come into the store, anytime you want, no notice, no appointment, the money in your account is Yours, come get it whenever you want.  You can also use it to buy items in the store. However, before you come in to collect money check the portal to see if you have a balance, this way you don’t make a trip just to see my pretty face.

  • A check can be mailed if you can’t make it into the store to pick up payment, there is a $1 fee to mail a check which comes out of your account.

If you checked YES on the contract to pick up your items:

  • Items are pulled from the floor on the last day of your consignment.

  • They are placed out back and will remain in your inventory until they are picked up

  • You have 7 days to pick up your items, after one week the items WILL be donated, no exceptions and removed from the portal.

  • If you have a special circumstance and you can’t pick up your items during the 7-day window please bring this to my attention.

Other stuff!

Sistas DOES NOT contact you:

  • When an item sells

  • When there is money in your account

  • When your items expire

  • Basically, we don’t contact you!

If an item that was taken in was found to be damaged after take-in it will be pulled from the floor & placed out back, a note will be added to the item, which can be seen on the portal.  If you checked YES on the contract the item will be held until your 60 days are over, if not it will be donated.  If damage is found after take-in but before the email is sent there will be a note in the email with an option to pick up the item, if you opt to pick it up you have 7 days.
